Jennifer, who has more than a decade of experience under her belt, and was born and raised in Central Pennsylvania, began her journey in the real estate industry in 2009. “I was working as an elementary school teacher,” she recalls, “and decided to take a break from that and work for my husband who had just purchased two building companies. I became his listing agent and started taking classes on marketing, advertising and hosting open houses.”
Jennifer quickly discovered that she had a true passion for real estate, and currently more than half of her considerable business is based upon repeat clients and referrals, a significant achievement in her highly competitive market. Much of this has to do with the fact that she is devoted to continuing her education within the industry. Equally important to the success of Jennifer’s business would be her expert negotiation abilities and her intelligent, leave-no-stone-unturned marketing strategies which include advertising her listings to the 350 other agents in her market, brochures, neighborhood outreach, and a savvy approach to utilizing social media platforms to ensure maximum exposure for her listings. Combined, these translate into fast sales for top dollar, not to mention happy clients who continue to return and to refer friends and family.
When she’s not busy helping clients achieve their real estate dreams, Jennifer enjoys giving back to her community both personally and through Kissinger Bigatel & Brower. Recipients of her largesse include local schools, hospitals and other charitable organizations. She is also actively involved in the local ski community.
When asked about the future of her business, Jennifer paused thoughtfully before answering. “The first ten years of my business were about getting my feet on the ground,” she replies. “The upcoming ten years will be about focusing on building a team and being a leader not only for my clients, within my own office as well.” Left unstated, however, is her primary, overarching objective that has not wavered since she first obtained her license: to continue providing her clients with the top-of-the-line, highly personalized service that has become synonymous with her name.
